1. What can Monumental Investment Group do for me?

A: Monumental Investment Group specializes in real estate transactions for buyers, sellers & investors. We have "in house" realtors and loan officers in our company that make it a much smoother transaction process. MIG has strong relationships & contacts within the Dallas community which allow us to be on top of current market conditions and trends.

 

2. How do I find properties currently for sale?

A: There are 2 easy ways to look for properties for sale.

1) Go to buyer info and fill out the fields about the specific types of properties you would like to purchase. An MIG representative will contact you to discuss your desires in more detail.

2) Go to our Realtor website and search for available properties on your own. Click on the "Power Page" on the right side of the website and you will be able to see up-to-the-minute listings of properties for sale. You will also be able to see all the brand new Foreclosures. This is a great resource for investors looking for the newest foreclosures to hit the market. There are no fees to buyers for our services.

 

3. How do I sell my home through Monumental Investment Group?

A: Just go to seller solutions and fill out the form and information. A representative will contact you to discuss the potential solutions to selling your home with Monumental Investment Group. Many times we may have an buyer or investor already lined up to purchase your home. Other times we use Our Realtor to list your property and find the quickest solution for a sale.

 

4. Is there a way to invest my cash if I don't want to be a property manager?

A: Yes. We have many private investors who put their money into properties that they do not have to manage. A private management company &/or business will take care of the property development & day-to-day operations. Depending on the project, these investors will receive a 9% to 15% return on their investment within the first 5 years...many times much sooner than that! This is a great alternative to CD's or the stock market with more stable & larger returns. Fill out an investor form for more information.

 

5. Does Monumental Investment Group buy/sell/invest in properties around the U.S.?

A: Monumental Investment Group specializes in the Dallas-Fort Worth market(s) but have several other markets around the U.S. & world that we operate and have resources in.

 

6. I want to invest in real estate, how do I get started?

A: First off, Congratulations! This is a great step towards financial freedom. There are endless ways & strategies used to invest in real estate. Many people start with single family houses while others prefer larger commercial projects. It all depends on what your interests and goals are and how much time you are able to devote to real estate. For those who do not have enough time to devote, MIG has an in-house Realtor and Loan Officer who will do the leg work to find you investment real estate. 7. I'm looking for a home as my primary residence and investment property, can you help?

A. Of course! Monumental Investment Group has several clients who were looking for both a primary residence and an investment property. We will do the leg work for you based on your criteria. All you need to do is choose the properties that are the right fit for you. Our Realtor and Loan Officer will make the transaction(s) as quick and easy as possible. We strive to make sure our clients are satisfied.

 

8. Do you work in any international markets?

A. Absolutely! MIG has a network in place that allows us to buy and sell properties all over the world. For example, we can list properties for sale in the Bahamas and have it marketed all across the major cities in the US and around the world.

 

9. What are your consulting services?

A. MIG currently works with many "cash investors" (and adding more every day). We search for and are brought new construction projects all the time.
